I see you, you see me.
I see you, you (don’t) see me.
I (don’t) see you, you (don’t) see me.
The Space Between is a multi space, multi disciplinary work that explores the themes of connection and disconnection. It shines a light on the moment between two people that understanding slips away and becomes misunderstanding. It’s an investigation of how we can be in the same conversation yet have completely different experiences to each other, leaving us stuck in a repetitive loop. It is a statement that vulnerability is the key ingredient to connection.
It is an invitation for a do over. To reset the loop. To see (you) me.
Curated by Auckland Live, these events are part of Fringe Town, a six-day Auckland Fringe extravaganza at the historic Auckland Town Hall.
