It is always a pleasure and delight to have Aotearoa New Zealand’s premier ballet company perform on Auckland Live’s stages.

Each year our long-standing partnership with the Royal New Zealand Ballet (RNZB) sees the internationally renowned company present exceptional dance and ballet to audiences from across Auckland Tāmaki Makaurau, who flock to the Aotea Centre to soak up the very best works by New Zealand and international choreographers and dancers.

Educators at the Royal New Zealand Ballet also work with students in tailor-made, curriculum-linked workshops. Resources for teachers are available online, supporting the curriculum, offering fun activities, and introducing students to the world of professional performing arts.
