A statement from Bach Musica NZ:
We are saddened to announce that we will not be able to perform this concert due to the announcement that Auckland will remain at Level 4 until at least 11.59pm on 31 August. Large performances at the Auckland Town Hall are by law only allowed at Level 1, which, unfortunately is highly unlikely to be reached by 12 September.
We thought it best to give you clarity earlier rather than later, and it is important that we all work together to support our community at this time. These beautiful works will be scheduled again at some later date. We will be back to making music that touches the soul as soon as we will be allowed to do so.
All tickets will be refunded automatically, there is nothing to do on your part. Please allow 10 – 14 working days for your refund to be processed. If your tickets were purchased from a Ticketmaster outlet, you will need to contact the Customer Service Team at Ticketmaster here and follow the instructions.
