As part of the Saturday performance, there will be free face-painting from 1:30pm! We encourage kids to dress up as their favourite jungle animal and arrive early to complete the look with face paint!

Jungle Jambo is the ultimate interactive theatre experience for kids. Join Jambo on his journey to save the jungle and be part of his tribe. An inspiring show which proves that together as one we’re so much stronger.

A unique theatre experience where the tribe (the audience) becomes the stage and integrates fully with the show and storyline. Each member of Jambo’s tribe is given an African-styled hand drum to perform on along with the stage performers.

A magical performance filled with inspiration, fun and laughter with lots of incredible drumming and Jambo Jamming!

This brilliant family entertainment is perfect for kids aged 5 to 12.

Jungle Jambo is a Rhythm Interactive production, directed and produced by John Boone who has performed hundreds of interactive drums shows for kids and presented at three TEDx events in New Zealand.
