Arrival

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the Meet and Greet - 6.15PM
• There will be signage with directions through to the Limelight Room in the main foyer, and ushers will be on hand to assist.

• Each guest is entitled to one photograph either as an individual or as a group
• Your photographs will be uploaded for (free) download by Eventpix following the event; the link to this will be emailed to guests within 5 days of the event.
