An Evening with Carmelo Anthony scheduled for Thursday 18 April at the Auckland Town Hall, Great Hall has been postponed to a date, to be confirmed.
A message from the promoter:
“Due to scheduling conflicts, Carmelo Anthony will no longer be able to make his Australian and New Zealand tour later this month. However, this is not a cancellation, it's a postponement. Melo is still very excited to come to New Zealand and meet his fans. The team is working around the clock to lock in the new dates and we'll notify you as soon as it's confirmed.”
All tickets remain valid for the new show date without the need to exchange.

Affectionately called “Melo”, this basketball legend was selected third overall in the 2003 NBA draft, and since then, has achieved significant success in his basketball career. Carmelo Anthony is a 10x NBA All-Star, and in 2021 was named in the NBA 75th Anniversary team, solidifying him as one of the greatest players in the NBA’s storied history.
Carmelo Anthony has won gold in the Olympics for Team USA three times (2008, 2012, 2016), and is the US Olympic team’s all-time leader in points, rebounds and total games played.
