Visitor Information

North Harbour Stadium is only open on event days. An onsite box office opens the day before and the day of events for you to pick up your tickets.

Where are we?

North Harbour Stadium is on the North Shore. The entrance on Stadium Drive is off Appian Way, which you can reach from Oteha Valley Road or Don McKinnon Drive. 


Tickets and seating

Tickets

You can buy tickets for most events at North Harbour Stadium through Ticketmaster, however there are exceptions. 

There is no permanent onsite box office, but one is open at Gate A the day before, and day of events. Check the information about the event you're going to for more information.

Seating

There are covered and uncovered seating options in the main grandstand. The North, West and South stands are all uncovered. You'll find corporate lounges and suites in the main grandstand. North Harbour Stadium has 25,000 seats.


Parking and transport

Parking

There is limited parking at the stadium for large events and concerts. This varies between events depending on reserved areas. 

Public Transport

North Harbour Stadium is about 15 minutes walk from Albany Bus Station, and for most large events we recommend coming via public transport. Your ticket price for large events often includes travel on special event buses and trains. Information is published on the Auckland Transport event page, and in the event information on our website, so don't forget to check out the information about the event you're going to.

Eating and drinking

There are food and drink outlets throughout the stadium. These are open whenever there is an event going on. For larger events, there are also often food trucks.

Hospitality is available for corporate lounges and boxes at most large events, contact us for more information.

Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes in this venue is prohibited.


Accessibility

North Harbour Stadium is managed by Auckland Stadiums.

Accessible car parking is available for events, but the number of parks and their location can vary.  Please see Auckland Stadiums accessibility page for more information.

Mobility seating is available at events but this varies depending on the event.  Ticketmaster is the main ticketing provider and will work out the best options for you. 

Companion seats are available for those booking wheelchair spaces and guide dogs are welcome at our venues.  See Ticketmaster's Help page for more information. 

Disabled toilets are available throughout the venue.
